How do I post my suspension?

Book your service → Pay the £50 deposit on our website.
Package safely → Use a strong box, wrap the suspension well, and pad with bubble wrap/cloth. If seals are leaking, wrap with a rag to stop oil escaping.
Include your details → Put a note inside with your name, order number, phone/email, and your bike details.
Post to us → Send with a tracked courier (we recommend DPD Next Day). Please insure your parcel for peace of mind.
We’ll take care of the rest → Once we inspect your suspension, we’ll contact you to confirm the final price. Work only starts once you’ve approved it.

Where do I send my suspension?

Postage details will be provided once deposit is placed

How long does suspension servicing take?

Average turnaround is 3–5 working days from when we receive your suspension. We’ll confirm timescales when you book.

Can you revalve or re-spring my suspension?

Absolutely. We can supply springs to match your weight and adjust shim stacks to suit your riding style.

Do you work on both 2-stroke and 4-stroke engines?

Yes, from carb cleans and valve adjustments to full top-end and bottom-end rebuilds.

Do you fit customer-supplied parts?

We can, but we recommend sourcing through us so we can guarantee quality and fitment.

Can I drop my bike off instead of posting parts?

Yes, by appointment only. Contact us to arrange.
