These Terms & Conditions apply to all sales and services provided by TMR Services Ltd. By placing an order through our website, you agree to these terms.
1. Orders & Payments
All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched or services carried out.
Suspension and engine services require a non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance is due on completion before items are returned.
2. Products & Services
Product descriptions and pricing are accurate to the best of our knowledge, but may change without notice.
Customers are responsible for ensuring correct fitment of parts unless installation is carried out by TMR Services Ltd.
Performance modifications and race-use products are supplied strictly at the customer’s own risk.
3. Delivery & Shipping
We aim to dispatch stocked products within 1–2 working days.
Turnaround for services (suspension, engine work, maintenance) will be advised at the time of booking.
We are not liable for delays caused by couriers or events outside our control.
Risk passes to the customer once the product has been delivered.
4. Returns & Cancellations
Returns are accepted in line with our Returns Policy.
Deposits for services are non-refundable once booking is confirmed.
Custom work, suspension, and engine services cannot be cancelled or refunded once work has started.
5. Liability
TMR Services Ltd accepts no liability for damage or injury resulting from improper fitment, use, or misuse of products supplied.
Race and off-road use carries inherent risks. Customers accept full responsibility for how products and services are used.
6. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
At TMR Services Ltd we want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains your rights and our procedures for returns and refunds.
1. Products
You may return unused products within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be in original packaging and in resaleable condition.
Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or sent in error.
Oils, lubricants, and electrical parts cannot be returned once opened/used for safety reasons.
2. Faulty or Damaged Goods
Any faults or damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund once the item is confirmed faulty.
3. Services (Suspension, Engine, Maintenance)
Deposits are non-refundable.
Once work has started, refunds cannot be given for labour already carried out.
If additional repairs or parts are required, we will contact you before proceeding.
4. Refund Process
Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
Please allow up to 7 working days for funds to appear in your account.
